Xenogears Box Art
Xenogears (ゼノギアス Zenogiasu) is a science-fiction RPG (Role Playing Game) video game developed and published by Squaresoft for Sony's PlayStation game console. The game was released on February 11, 1998 in Japan and on October 20, 1998 in North America. The game was never released in PAL (Phase Alternating Line) territories. It was re-released by Squaresoft as a Greatest Hits title in 2003, and on the PlayStation Network on June 25, 2008 in Japan and on February 22, 2011 in North America.

The game's story was written by Tetsuya Takahashi, Kaori Tanaka, Masato Kato. The game's plot has a mix theme of Jewish Mysticism, Gnosticism, Science, and Technology. The game mainly follows protagonist Fei Fong Wong, but it occasionally shifts to other characters as well as each of the character is being revealed in a dramatically unique and showcasing fashion. The relationship between humanity and machines is central to the game's plot, as indicated by the continuous presence of giant humanoid fighting machines called Gears; in which it serves as the vehicle of almost each playable character in the game. Surprisingly, it also has principles related to Psychology, particularly Sigmund Freud's Dissociative Identity Disorder and Carl Jung's Analytical Psychology, and even the philosophical concepts of Friedrich Neitzsche. One could expect the game to contain symbols, theological concepts, devotional practices of several world religions. Oftentimes, you would find the story almost relating to some of the realities of life.

This website would be covering the entirety of the game including walkthroughs, lists, the Gears, the story, the Characters, some strategies, and even cheats. It would also contain some books, some explanations, pictures, videos, and music that are all essential for Xenogears fans.
